1. Where is Ko Olina?
Located on the Leeward Coast of Oahu and sheltered by mountains to the north, Ko Olina is located 21 miles from Honolulu International Airport, which is only a 30- to 45-minute drive from Waikiki. The famous small surf towns of the North Shore are only a 20-minute drive away.

3. What are the check-in and check-out times at Aulani?
You can check in at any time, but rooms aren’t available until after 3:00 p.m. Aulani offers an innovative Early Check-In/Late Check-Out Lounge for guests with flights that do not sync up well with the check-in and check-out times. The lounge, which is open 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, provides restrooms, showers and dressing rooms. It also offers a TV viewing area and a touch-screen computer where you can print boarding passes (but you can’t surf the Internet on it).
4. What is Express Check-out?
Express Check-out allows you to check out without having to return to the Front Desk. The credit card you used at check-in is billed for your charges or purchases during your stay, and a copy of your bill appears under your door on the morning of your departure.
5. Is there transportation from the Resort to other destinations on Oahu?
Visitors to Oahu can travel around by rental car, shuttle, taxi or Oahu’s public transportation system.
6. Are there accommodations for Guests with special needs?
Yes. Aulani offers accessible rooms for Guests with disabilities, including wheelchair and hearing accessible rooms. TTY equipment is available upon request at check-in.
